Its kinda BS that if somebody fights out of school, they can be punished in school. 1st off, even if its not on school property, you can get in trouble. WHY? it has nothing to do with school. just because somebody brings it up to the deans, they think they HAVE TO do something about it. just because it seems like the "right thing to do". they belive in like safety and stuff, but seriously. 5 days out of school doesnt teach people a lesson on how not to fight out of school. At least they kept it out of school!!

Your argument about the school's involvement in fights outside of school would be much more convincing if you present yourself as a more credible source! Don't forget about those ethical appeals. Using proper language, spelling, grammar and referring to experts or other research will add to the quality of your post. Instead, it just sounds like you're complaining without understanding why the school might be legally required to take action.
Maybe it would be interesting to interview one of the deans to find out why that rule is the way it is. Get some more perspective and see how it changes your mind!
